About Us

Beth was born and raised in a small town outside of Albany, NY.  She attended Clarkson University, where she played Varsity Women’s Soccer and Lacrosse and graduated with honor with a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree.  While at Clarkson she did an internship with Stearns and Wheeler in Cazenovia, NY and was inducted into Phalanx, the University's Highest Honor Society.  She was also the President of Clarkson’s Chi Epsilon Chapter.  During her junior year, Clarkson sent her as their representative to a four day National Conclave in Lexington, KY, and she was blessed to meet her future husband Chris. 

Following graduation, Beth moved to Cincinnati and began her professional career as a Sales Engineer with The Henry P. Thompson Company.  After 6 months in Cincinnati, she petitioned to be given her own sales territory and was sent to Northern, OH.  This undeveloped territory proved to be a great challenge and provided an opportunity for Beth to build many relationships in the industry.  Beth next covered the Southern Ohio Sales Territory for HPT.  

After a child care incident lead her to stay home with their young children, she formed Clear Consulting and kept her PE license active with the intention of returning to the industry when it was best for their family.  For the past few years, she has been the facilities manager of a 100,000 sq. ft. school facility in Mason, OH where she has had an opportunity to put her engineering training to immediate use working on projects ranging from safety and compliance to design and construction.  

It is with great excitement that she now partners with her husband Chris, fulfilling their 20 year dream of working together as Clear Consulting, Inc.
